Yasushi Kubota - President and CEO
Yasushi Kubota was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Telehouse America in April 2008. In a dual appointment, Mr. Kubota was also named the President and CEO at KDDI America, Telehouse America's parent company.

As Telehouse's President and CEO, Mr. Kubota is tasked with leading the Company's domestic business plan, while also seeking to optimize global collaboration with its Telehouse sister companies in the UK, Paris, Tokyo, Beijing, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Mr. Kubota joins Telehouse after having served as the General Manager of Global Business Planning at KDDI. As General Manager, Mr. Kubota was responsible for the strategic planning behind KDDI's global service product, and the administrative work regarding KDDI's subsidiary companies outside of Japan. Prior to this, he served as KDDI's General Manager of Global Corporate Sales, Senior Manager of Global Networks Projects; and Manager of International Relations and Affairs.

Mr. Kubota is a graduate of Keio University in Tokyo, Japan, where he received a BA in Law in 1982.

Koji Shikano - Executive Vice President
Koji Shikano, now in his fifth year with Telehouse America, currently serves as Executive Vice President, a position he held since April 2008. In his current role, Mr. Shikano has four main priorities: Corporate Management, Corporate Strategic Planning, Corporate Financial Services, and Sales and Marketing.

Prior to holding his current position, Mr. Shikano served as the Company's Vice President of Corporate Planning and Analysis and Sales and Marketing, and before that, upon joining the Company in 2002, was Manager of Sales and Marketing. Before joining Telehouse America, he served as Assistant Manager - Global Business, at Telehouse's parent company, KDDI Corp. At KDDI he was tasked with engaging in strategic consultation service for US Tier I telecom providers and ISPs, in addition to planning and providing purely customized global networks for some of the largest ISPs in the US.

Mr. Shikano graduated Tokyo University with a BA in Law. In addition, he earned a CFA charter in Japan.

Atsushi Iizuka - Vice President - Facility Planning and Sales Engineering
Atsushi Iizuka is the Vice President of Facility Planning and Sales Engineering. In this role, he oversees the company's Sales and Operations functions. He joined Telehouse America in April, 2004 as VP, Business Development and was responsible for the development of the Company's partnership and new service strategies and initiatives.

From 1998 to 2004, Mr. Iizuka worked for KDDI America as VP, Network Business being in charge of business and service development with US carriers and ISPs, and holding responsibility of network operation. Previously, he had worked for Telehouse America for six years holding positions of Director of Operations and Deputy Director, Sales.

Mr. Iizuka earned a BS in Systems Engineering from Science University of Tokyo in Japan.

Akio Sugeno - Sr. Director - Internet Engineering and Operations Business Development
Akio Sugeno has been with Telehouse America since 1989. He is also the founder of the New York International Internet Exchange (NYIIX)-Metro NY's largest, most active Internet exchange-and the Los Angeles International Internet Exchange (LAIIX)--a key peering exchange for connecting US-based companies to the Pacific Rim.

In his current role, Mr. Sugeno is charged with five major responsibilities: network engineering, managing the Company's exchange points, software/database engineering, operations and overall business development. Before joining Telehouse, he served as a software engineer at DNP Lab.

Mr. Sugeno is actively involved with various network engineering organizations, and frequently speaks at both the Réseaux IP Européens (RIPE) and North American Network Operators' Group (NANOG) conferences. He earned a BS in telecommunications from Waseda University in Japan.

Ann Cecio - Director of Human Resources
Ann Cecio joined Telehouse America in 1998 as the Director of Human Resources. In this capacity, she has responsibility for directing and managing legal and compliance issues, staff recruiting, benefit administration, training and development, and employee relations.

Prior to joining Telehouse America, Ms. Cecio served as the Human Resources Director for M-Pen, an international software technology company, and New Plan Realty Trust, a national REIT involved with major shopping centers and apartment complexes.

Ms. Cecio earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Staten Island College in New York.

Ed Kuczynski - Director of Accounting
Edward Kuczynski became Director of Accounting for Telehouse America in 2003. In this capacity, he has responsibility for controlling the Company's financial position and cash flow and reporting periodic results to shareholders. He joined Telehouse America in 1998 and served as Deputy Director of Finance for nearly five years, where he was responsible for managing the financial affairs of Telehouse America.

Prior to joining Telehouse America, Mr. Kuczynski served as Controller for the Pines Manor, a successful consumer service provider in central New Jersey.

Mr. Kuczynski earned a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Jersey City State College in New Jersey.
