NYIIX upgrades Router to Thunderbird Route Server

By introducing Thunderbird Router technology to NYIIX, members are now able to instantly connect and exchange traffic. Additionally, Thunderbird Router technology allows members a reduced ramp-up time when setting up peering connections.
